The Low-res Elephant is a stool, a lamp, and a playful decorative object all at once. Designed by Richard Hutten in 2008 for the renowned Dutch manufacturer Gispen, it was originally designed for an office. People of all ages love this playful design; you can sit on it, play with it, and even place it outdoors. The shape is beautiful and the structure is very fine. Richard named this design the 'Low-res' Elephant because the structure resembles Low-res. The structure is also reminiscent of the sandy textures of a desert. This design is part of the permanent collection of Museum Grand-Hornu, Belgium.
